Please read through these terms carefully. By subscribing to the Energy TariffData Online, you are deemed to have entered into an agreement with the Energy Regulators Regional Association (hereinafter called "ERRA") and to have agreed to be bound by the terms set out below. Energy TariffData is owned and operated by the ERRA.

1. License
In consideration of your payment of the required subscription fee (hereinafter called the "Fee"), the ERRA hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Energy TariffData Online subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

2. Copyright
The contents and design of Energy TariffData Online and any material e-mailed to you or otherwise supplied to you in conjunction with Energy TariffData are copyrighted by the ERRA. The software which operates Energy TariffData is a proprietary software and you may not use it except as expressly allowed under these Terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, decompile or disassemble Energy TariffData or its operating software.

3. Use of the Program
You may retrieve and display data from Energy TariffData (hereinafter called the Data) on a computer screen, print them on paper and store such pages in electronic form for your personal, non-commercial use. Except as expressly set out above, you may not reproduce, modify or in any way exploit any of the Data. In particular, but without limiting the general application of the restrictions contained in the preceding sentence, you may not do any of the following without prior written permission from the ERRA:
a. reproduce or store in or transmit to any other web site, newsgroup, mailing list, electronic bulletin board, server or other storage device connected to a network, Energy TariffData or any Data, or
b. modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, or in any way exploit commercially Energy TariffData or any of the Data without the prior written consent of the ERRA.

4. Duration of the Subscription
Your subscription pertains to Energy TariffData only and becomes effective on the day you receive your user name and password. It shall be valid for one year from that date. Your subscription can be renewed under terms, which shall be posted on the ERRA web site (www.erranet.org) or e-mailed to you.

5. Termination of the Agreement
The ERRA may terminate or suspend your subscription to Energy TariffData for cause with immediate effect if you fail to adhere to any of the terms of this Agreement.

6. Changes to Energy TariffData
The ERRA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, change, modify, add or remove data from Energy TariffData at any time.

7. Passwords and Responsibilities
Upon subscription, you will be assigned a user name and sign-on password. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality, use of and access to Energy TariffData using your user name and sign-on password. You agree to immediately notify the ERRA if you become aware of any loss or theft of any user name or sign-on password, or any unauthorized use of a user name or sign-on password.

8. Transfer Restrictions
Your subscription is personal to you and may not be assigned, sub-licensed or otherwise transferred.

9. Limited Warranty, Disclaimer of Liability and Indemnity
While every effort has been made to ensure the high quality and accuracy of Energy TariffData, Energy TariffData is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The ERRA does not warrant that the functions contained in Energy TariffData will meet your requirements or that the operation of Energy TariffData will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event will the ERRA be liable to you for any damages arising out of the use or the inability to use Energy TariffData.
