Breakout Session: Privatization & Competition Roundtables This session allowed participants to learn about privatization and competition in three sub-regions. Each group started with a discussion of a specific country case study: Poland in Central/Eastern Europe, Romania in Southeast Europe and Ukraine in the CIS. The second half of each breakout session included short individual country regulatory updates and discussion on general sub-regional trends and issues, such as market power, service quality, incentives, liberalization and restructuring, among others.
