Main features of the Common Baltic Electricity Market :
1.Trading Regime where consumers in one Baltic State can negotiate independently/freely supply agreements with producers/ traders in their own country or other two countries. Reciprocity principle regarding market opening might be required by National legislation of Countries.
2.Trading rules are set by national jurisdiction and must be coherent with operational requirements of interconnected power system.
3. Electricity as commodity trade and System operation are different activities:
