Refunds of registration fees, less Euro 100 administrative charge, will be applied to written cancellation requests received before April 5, 2008 . No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received after April 5, 2008 . Name changes requested before April 5, 2008 are accepted at no charge. After April 5, 2008 , name changes are accepted at a charge of Euro 30. All refunds will be processed only after the conference closing date
