Languages
Official languages of the conference are English and Russian, all sessions will have simultaneous interpretation.  (Please return the interpretation headsets at the end of each day.)

Conference Registration
Conference registration starts on Sunday, April 10 from 15:00 – 18:15 in the View Room of Hotel Marriott. On Monday, April 11 registration starts from 07:30. Please stop by the registration desk and receive your conference materials and nametag, which will allow you to enter all Conference functions.

Conference Proceedings
Conference presentations are available at the Conference website: http://www.erranet.org/InvestmentConferences/2005/Proceedings through a password protected site. Registered conference participants will receive the password. A CD-Rom with the complete conference proceedings will be mailed to all registered conference participants after the Conference.  (Pease note that paper copies of presentations will not be available during the conference.  Please download and print any presentations that you wish to have at the conference in advance.)

Meals
Please kindly note that we have arranged with the hotel to include buffet breakfast in the price of your room (for Marriott guests only). Breakfast for the ERRA Conference delegates (Marriott guests only) is served from 07:00 am until 08:30 am in the Erzsebet Hall on the mezzanine floor on April 11-12.  (For other dates, please take breakfast in the restaurant on the main level of the hotel.) Lunches will be served in Erzsebet Hall on April 11-12 from 12:30 until 14:00.

Welcome Reception
We invite you to a Welcome Reception on Sunday, April 10, from 18:30 until 20:00. The Reception will be held in the Buda Hall. Nametags and reception tickets are required for entry.

Garden Reception
ELMU Rt. kindly invites conference delegates to a Garden Reception held in Barabas Villa on Monday, April 11, from 19:00 until 21:00.

Villa Barabás (1840) was designed by the famous Hungarian portrait painter Miklós Barabás on the site of a former vineyard with wine-dresser's house during Hungary's 'Reform Age' - an important period of budding national pride. The renovated Barabas Villa opened its gate again in September 2003. Its entire ground floor functions as an event venue.

Conference delegates will be transferred by buses to the Villa and back to the hotel. The buses will leave at 18:15 - 18:30 in front of the hotel and will leave the Villa at 21:00. In consideration of other participants, please be on time for the buses. If you wish to take a taxi to the Villa, the address is: Budapest 1122, Varosmajor u. 44. We suggest business casual attire for this event. Nametags and reception  tickets are required for entry. 

Cell phones
In consideration of Speakers and Colleagues, please turn off your cell phones when in sessions.

No smoking policy
We appreciate your assistance in recognizing our designated no-smoking zones in the coffee break and lunch areas.
