  • Which are the major elements of regulatory risk during market building process?
  • How to mitigate investment risk on an emerging market?
  • How to promote an investment climate for new generator investors without impacting future competition on wholesale market?
  • How to promote an investment climate for network companies especially for new cross border network development without sacrificing the TPA concept for the future?
  • How to streamline the regulatory processes to promote investment. 
  • How the risk sensitivity of financial institutes changed during the financial crisis? How the regulators could accommodate with this new financial environment?
