Plenary Session I: ERRA General Assembly Meeting

General Session – Regulatory Information Exchange, “Country Updates & Issues”
Background:  The purpose of this session is to exchange information on the current status of energy regulation in each of the participating countries.  Each Regulator will provide a short update in the form of 3 PowerPoint slides on (1) Key Events and Activities in 2003 through May 2004; (2) Key Anticipated Issues and Activities for the Next Year; (3) Key Issues and Status of Tariff Methodologies and Levels.  Topics could include status updates on: changes in commission autonomy or authority, privatization, competition, tariff reform, pricing policies, regional trade, legislative changes, etc.  Each representative will provide a short presentation (5 minutes), with 5 minutes of questions & answers following each presentation.
